DELIVERY - WE DELIVER TO MAINLAND UK ONLY

If your order is in stock , it will ship within 7-10 business days from the date of your order.  Delivery dates quoted in busy periods will vary from product to product.  The website is updated to the best of our knowledge to reflect the most current and accurate delivery times possible, however this does change rapidly from day to day.  Please feel free to enquire about delivery times for your specific item before ordering to avoid any disappointment.

We will aim to send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@outdoordepo.com

For any other destinations over the water we suggest you contact us to discuss.  
Any other destinations will incur extra charges.

Delivery of Goods shall be made to the Buyer's nominated address, except in cases where delivery is to the Scottish Islands.  All delivery lead times are quoted in working days. Please note that Delivery is kerbside only.

Outdoor Depo aims to contact the customer to arrange for delivery of the Goods within the lead time specified in the Confirmation of Order or if no time is specified in the Confirmation within a maximum of 7 working days from the date upon which the Order is placed. However, any dates quoted for contact or delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. Deliveries do not generally occur on weekends or public holidays.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and areas in mainland Scotland, will incur an extra delivery charge. These destinations will be subject to a minimum 15 working day lead time unless otherwise stated.

If the Seller fails to deliver the Goods for any reason other than any cause beyond the Seller's reasonable control or the Buyer's fault, and the Seller is accordingly liable to the Buyer, the Seller's liability shall be limited to the excess (if any) of the cost to the Buyer (in the cheapest available market) of similar goods to replace those not delivered over the price of the Goods.

If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods or fails to give the Seller adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the Buyer's reasonable control or by reason of the Seller's fault) then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Seller, the Seller may:

Store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the Buyer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage and re-delivery; or

Sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to the Buyer for the excess over the price under the Contract or charge the Buyer for any shortfall below the price under the Contract.

Delivery will be deemed to be completed once the Goods have arrived at the delivery address. Generally the Buyer or his agent will be required to sign for the Goods by way of proof of delivery. In certain circumstances arrangements can be made through email or written confirmation. All Goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over. Where Goods are being delivered to a business or some other institution such as a hospital, ship, airport or hotel, then arrangements must be made for an authorised signatory to deal with the proof of delivery. Special arrangements can be made for the Goods to be left at the Delivery address without a signature (unless a third party supplier requires otherwise). 

DAMAGES:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to help@outdoordepo.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 25% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
